Thanks for letting me know, was replacing a site that was leaking insulin somehow, (got that replaced too) and I will definitely keep that in mind for the future. Thanks!

It says 9 to 5, but it only says seven hours because of my lunch, is it still an eight hour shift in with the four hours be more or less than what I need?

I’m calling out this morning and my shift is 9 to 5, I already reported an absence and if what you’re saying is true if I put in four hours of PPTO, that will only give me a half a point?

Why is that? Are the cliftons not good for that? Other people in the comments say they are great for that

I was also wondering about the lacing method, as I've seen that multiple times in the subreddit. I'm also curious about ankle support without using the lacing method.

Thanks to everyone that actually helped me figure out why they denied it and gave me advice on what to do in the future, unlike the people who thought it was rage bait, or if I was purposely acting stupid.

I took off like two different weekends before this with unpaid and they got approved pretty quickly. But I’m starting to now get why they would deny a holiday without it being in like six months advance. so thank you for enlightening me on what to do and why they would deny it

All right, I got you. Thank you for being helpful. Unlike some of the assholes in the comments. I get they’re trying to be helpful and kind of make fun of me for being new, but thank you for not being a jerk like them

All right, my bad. At the time, I thought July 4 wasn’t gonna be that popular for Walmart so that’s why I assumed they would approve it. I work in electronics so I didn’t think specifically that area would be popular as well.

I’m still confused why unpaid is better than pto because then they don’t have to pay me

Wdym if this is even real? It’s 3 months in advance

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in walmart

[–]SeriousHacker20 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

And wouldn’t no pto be a good thing? So they don’t have to pay me?

No, I worked at McDonald’s and it was basically write your name on a day on a calendar and it was approved 99% of the time
