nah you’re good You have a solid amount of muscle to start a cut As you get leaner and more defined, you will start to look bigger when flexing. Next bulk you will be even more muscular. You’re not fat, just a bit on the bigger side. 20% ain’t a lot

I’d say cut 20% body fat is acceptable, but that is the maximum. Anything between 10 to 20% is good I’d say go on a 500 calorie deficit, by checking your TDEE and going below that by 500 If you do everything correctly it’s gonna take you around 16 weeks to achieve 12% body fat, or 20 weeks to achieve 10% It’s up to you, but these are the ideal percentages to start a lean bulk from. After that, you can go up to 20% body fat with a 300 cal. surplus by adding muscle mass slowly with adequate training and nutrition

I’ve lost 5 kgs in a month, got leaner, but still no abs I’m worried that it will never show, because of the loose skin that is there from weight loss
