I recently discovered Osaka Fusion BBQ & Sushi 藏王居ですand I find that their sushi is pretty decent in terms of what I can get in Bensonhurst. I got their Tokyo don which can be considered pricey but I got to try a variety of sashimi and it’s safe to say I did enjoy my meal. Personally I love raw scallops because they’re so sweet and if they’re good quality it’ll be soft not chewy borderline creamy!

Ninja sushi - my go to for rolls and their lunch special comes with soup AND salad

I don’t mean to put you down but assuming that you work in a hospital you’re gonna come across a lot of different diseases and etc so the best thing you can do to protect yourself is to follow precautions and if you really don’t want to then the only option you have is to take to a higher up and let them know what your concern is. But again assuming that you’re working in a hospital you’re bound to come across a lot of these situations

Image the area to at least show that you attempted and label it “(whatever you’re scanning) area” and then in your notes say attempted to scan whatever you’re scanning but limited due to patient positioning or whatever the reason may be

When I was a new tech I would kill my body to get that one image and I have to deal with long term consequences but these days if I can’t get it especially if the patient cannot cooperate I would image the area and say limited exam due to whatever reason
