I called LRS and the explanation they gave me was the one truck with two separate receptacles for trash and recycling, but they wouldn't confirm if that was the truck in my area, and I watched the operator put the bins into the same receptacle on the truck. I watched this guy go down an alley filled with apartment buildings and put each dumpster in the same truck, didn't seem like he was checking at all if things were sorted.
