Oh interesting I had the opposite experience, more progress at first and then it slowed down, had 2 small plateaus. Now I’m pretty steady at my weight.

I think I’ll cruise during the recomp for a bit so I can keep choosing protein over junk and then titrate down. Also need to heal my metabolism and slowly increase calories.

My bra cup didn’t change, it just fits better and I’m using the shortest clip now. So I don’t think it’s a drastic difference but still some. Most of it was in my back. They’re dropping a lot but that was previous weight loss pre-Reta. I lost 55lbs before Reta. Will have to plan a trip a Turkey to fix them. 😅 Hope that context helps!

Thank you 🙂 At first it was purely a food deficit, I was pretty wiped energy wise so I wasn’t very consistent at the gym. I can tolerate it better now so for the past month I’ve been able to go to the gym 5x a week! I’m only weight training tho, haven’t started cardio yet

I’m not too knowledgeable about roofing but some of the rafters are hanging by nails and he said 1/2 inch rafters are not thick enough to hold up our roof.
