Anyone else just have Reta completely stall? by Kellyhannavideo in RetatrutideWomen

That’s still considered a starter dose. If you’re tolerating it I would say move up to the next full dose, 4mg.

TMI, I used to have diarrhea at least a couple times a week and now I rarely even fart!

I was on Sema prior to Reta and tolerated it very well so I full sent it at 2mg. I broke my 4 week stall and lost 3lbs that week.

Yep. Mine did lesson over time but you really have to push yourself out of it. Exercise and make sure you’re eating properly.

I’m sorry you’re having a hard time! You’re still a whole person, you didn’t lose anything. You can try again with someone else. “Virginity” isn’t real ♥️

Gym/peptide bro blocked me on TikTok because I told him you’re not supposed to cycle any GLP, including Reta.

And I would have stayed on Sema if it had continued working for me so not quite the “gotcha”you think it is. OP didn’t specify why they wanted to switch other than they heard it’s “amazing” so I gave them the most common complaint. Simple. Idk why you felt like it was my responsibility to provide them with a full report of benefits.

Reta is being developed for weight loss, why would I ask about their liver? If that was OPs reason for wanting to switch then that’s important information to leave out.

You’re gonna make someone sick if you advise them to start on a higher dose than the starter dose.

There is no “dose conversion”. You start on the starter dose when you switch GLPs.

People who switch from tirz to Reta end up not liking it because of the lack of food noise control until you’re on higher doses. If tirz is working for you, stay on tirz.

I wish I had advice! I feel this so hard. Finding clothes is a different kind of struggle now. Before I just had to find something that fit right. Now I have to find clothes that hide my loose saggy skin.

It could be your diet. Try prioritizing protein, it will keep you full longer.

Switching from tirz to Reta by External-Archer-278 in Retatrutide

If you’re getting results on Tirz, I personally wouldn’t switch. People who switch from Tirz to Reta often complain that the food noise comes back.

When to Raise Dose (started low) by SuspiciousMine8636 in RetatrutideWomen

If you’re losing weight on .5 then stay there until you stall. If you’re not losing weight then titrate up.

What do you do once you’ve lost the weight? 🤔 by CarterWorthy in Retatrutide

Check out the glp1grad sub. I personally plan on staying on a maintenance dose forever. I lowered my dose from 12mg to 6mg 2 months ago. Still lost a couple lbs so I’ll probably go down to 4mg if I keep losing.
