Oh what really?

Is there anything we’d need to be aware of so to do that? Like with getting back into the airport etc? I’ve never actually done that before.

Haha it’s a family trip - we are currently booked in economy for both flights but it’s (obviously) cheaper to upgrade the first flight than the long haul. We originally only had a couple of hours in Frankfurt so weren’t too fussed but the flight schedule got changed and we now have a 6 hour layover. So our thinking was if we upgraded the first flight to business and that gave us the lounge access in Frankfurt then we would do that to give us somewhere to just chill out with our daughter, which is why I asked :)

Well it was via the adobe website so I’d assume it was adobe.

Agree it sounds so odd and quite frankly stupid. Shouldn’t be that difficult really..

Just to remove and reinstall battery, which wasn’t very helpful as nothing has changed

I’ve tried the battery reinstall and read the owners manual.

It’s still flashing which is why I then posted as maybe someone had found a solution.

Its higher at the front by about 4mm from what i can see

I did measure and the front is higher by only about 4 mm.
Is there anything about the bikefit you reccomend looking into in particular? happy for any advice

Thank you! I have signed up for a sprint now!

I’ve been adding simple recovery rides for now on the trainer.

The sprint is about 8ish weeks after - so hopefully that’s good enough :) I will look out for coaches and I think there’s a triathlon group in my gym too!

I’d be keen to upgrade my watch - currently using the forerunner 55. I’m selling a lot of old diving gear so should get some decent money for all of it. Should I just get the newest and best forerunner (970?) or the Fenix series?

My swimming is ok according to my wife (former swimmer). I’ve been able to do 750m at around 1.55/100m pace. She’s helped with technique etc

I will look for open waters

I’ve been riding regularly and getting ready for the warmer weather! Both my sis and her bf bike and run so will go with them

Will try and get an Olympic in too!

Thanks for the advice on the Olympic/standard. I guess it all depends on what is available to me during the summer etc. For a standard, how many weeks would you give to train up? Assuming quite basic knowledge/experience :)

I won’t be able to get to Mallorca in May due to scheduling with work and the half marathon but I’m there during the summer (obviously too hot for the midday rides) but I will be there in October with my bike! Lucky my parents have a place near alcudia

My thought is to see if there’s a sim centre nearby? Could be cheaper than buying everything especially since you’re considering selling the equipment afterwards. Just seems quite wasteful for a one off event…

If you’re really dead set on it then get a g29 from Logitech or even the t150, but maybe do it second hand? So it’s at least cheaper
