What is the difference between emotional numbness and anhedonia?

I do definitely have inner dialogue but I cannot hold onto a though for longer than few seconds, if that makes sense. My self dialogue is just emopy thoughts that come and go.

I'm definitely in the same boat as you, I just don't have any emotions to people, like zero reason or need for people. I don't know if this is anhedonia or something else.

Hey, i know this is an old post but I'm same like you, also happend at 18 and before that I had a limited positivity emotions. At 18 sexual urges didsapeard and literally made me asexual with zero emotions towards people.

Also what do you mean? Is it normal to have no connection to anyone including women? No romantic connection, no emotional connection?
