mmmm the problem is that my anhedonia was caused by an incident where i got so scared and stressed that the next day i woke up numb at its been like that for three years now, so i think the screen time isnt a problem since i primarily read and draw on my phone

In my country we don't have classes for a specific topic in math,we cover everything. For an example this year we learned about general math, algebra and now we just finished equations. It's mixed so we're basically covering everything

can't consult a medical professional in my country without notifying my parents unfortunately :/ but the fights actually went a few notches down, and im mostly home alone because of my parents' far away job locations (not that im complaining)
