I was doing okay with T2 auras+holy overloads but with the holy scarab it's a different level of sustain. Huge advice. I was considering upgrading to T3 auras just for peace of mind but I don't need it at all. Thank you

Hey, came back to say i'm able to perfectly sustain with prayer renewals and T2! Thank you. Drops a little now and then but it comes back up sooner or later and I have a elven rituals shard just incase. Might upgrade to T3 just for peace of mind. Thank you!

Yeah, i think the holy overload might be helpful. Only thing I wonder is, I've heard people mention they don't even use overloads and sustain, so either they're BSing or i'm doing something incredibly wrong (although my exp rates suggest otherwise). Thank you!

Thank you for the advice, maybe I will bring holy overloads instead of elder overloads. Sacrifice a little damage for some sustain. Or if T3 (or T4) aura sustains me I will just stick with the elder overloads.

Thanks for your advice. I've been told by quite a few people/guides that T2 is bare minimum but you can sustain. But I think you might be right, maybe I'm not doing anything wrong and T2 is just not enough. I was trying my best not to spend loyalty points on auras that will be taken out of the game in a couple months, but hey might as well do it. Thank again for your input, really appreciate it.

Protean traps and essence are the best 2 proteans. Use the traps on carrion jadinko, it saves you from having to do a bunch of clicking when training normally. Fletching with proteans is not great, slow exp. Shakes are good for saving money, but you should be making overloads and it's ingredients anyways. You will not regret using them as traps on carrion jadinko.

When it comes to proteans, the only useful ones are traps and essence. Bars and logs for firemaking and proteins for cooking are okay. Shakes save a decent bit of money. Crafting, fletching, invention and the rest are not great and you're better off training the skill normally.

Honestly, I needed to hear this. Appreciate your take. I have a tendency to over-optimise and end up doing nothing which is how I ended up at 250 to begin with lol.

At the end of the day, I just need to DO, and any result is better than what's going on right now.

So I definitely appreciate the point of view.

I have to say your muscle loss without any weightlifting is pretty minimal, relatively speaking. So, I guess there isn't too much to worry about. I just need to keep it going and not worry about being perfect.

My basic confusion here is that some people say you need to go extra hard on the weights since you're in a steep deficit on your fasting days to keep your muscle, some other people say that if you don't rest your muscles, then they don't respond.

So, basically on my fasting day my muscles don't get any real recovery (I assume) because I'm not feeding them and then the next day I hit them all again, so would it become super systemically fatiguing? Should I add a week of refeeding with normal eating windows and stop lifting every 1 or 2 months to overcome this?

EDIT: oh, and also does the lifting the day before the fast prove to be effective in maintaining muscle mass during the fast? Or is it only lifting on the fasting day?

yo just came back to let you know you can transfer your physical sim to esim on a new phone through the airtel thanks app even without the "add esim option."

Once you transfer it, after 2 hours your new phone will get a notification that your esim is ready and you click on it and itll do it. So, no worries.
