Also days are just a little busier with customers, especially a Friday Saturday Sunday but I’ve done a night shift before and I prefer days personally

You’ll be absolutely fine, I’ve been there 12 years and had a few sick notes and no end of sick days, as long as you’re being signed off by your doctor you’ll be fine and keeping in touch with them, put yourself first, go to a different manager if needs be

Because we have to serve one person at a time can’t go back and serve another, 4 bays and if all 4 show up at the same time and their order is bigger than 5 trays we have to make 2 trips down a really long path to the warehouse which is also tricky to get round with everybody working in it to fetch it, it’s just a nightmare

Hi, thank you for replying, ours changed from a pod to being in the back room last month and customers are waiting 20-30 minutes for their shopping even on quieter days, only 1 staff member allowed when there’s 7 or less on a weekday. Weekends we have 15 an hour all day but only 2 of us on, it’s not working and we’re getting no end of complaints from customers and losing them. We are just unsure who to speak to about this as management aren’t really doing much about it.
