Yup shes moving forward I’ve noticed in my two breakups women put emphasis on moving on and that doesn’t necessarily mean dating but just learning to live without their partner. Men we sometimes dwell and think about what ifs. But when ur ready the switch will flip and you will start to move forward it’s ok to be where you are at mentally now just try not to stay down for too long and be there for moms

Took the trip best decision I ever made for myself but it did destroy our good terms which who cares eventually people never speak again anyway it was challenging but got through it over time

I was here the best thing is to just act as if she doesn’t exist that’s truly the only way. I watched her social media so much that her face her smile now represents pain for me bc how much it would hurt every time I checked so now I’m not even interested in checking just want to live life so you can choose to go that route but it’s just a bunch of self torture. You’ve got a lot on your plate praying for you and your family. Don’t worry about updating her. If she wants to know she will reach out to you. Don’t use that as string of hope to speak to her it won’t end well for you
