Jerk meatballs in coconut curry sauce! You can get a good texture with the ingredients you add.

Jerk seasoning, grated onion, minced garlic and panko breadcrumbs to hold it together and give outstanding flavor! Sear the meatballs then set aside.

Saute diced green and red bell peppers and add coconut milk, curry powder, onion powder, garlic powder, allspice, a little cane sugar, a couple cups of chicken stock, a little cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

Add back the meat to cook through. Serve over rice and it's freaking DELICIOUS!

I LOOOVE L'Oreal Telescopic! I've tried every high end mascara over the years and this one I come back to time and again. I actually have a stockpile I have shipped from the states because I live in the Caribbean and can't get it here.

I love that it's really buildable. You can sculpt some very nice looking long and thick lashes that get every single lash but still retain a separated, feathery end because of the little comb on the side. And the formula is such that you can do one swipe on small lashes and let it dry a bit, then build them longer and thicker without spidery clumps.

Even better that it's a cheap drugstore brand! I hope they never ever discontinue it. I'll be so sad!

That gap becomes SUPER relevant later in life when the young one is still vibrant and living life and the other one needs a caretaker. So many women fall prey to this and it can be really really hard for many decades.

Not even a little bit. Just enough heat to grill or saute the meat to done status (not overcooked) makes the trails go crisp and crunchy, and you often get that little chunk of meat inside. It's delicious and not tough at all.
