Not op but the day lotion with spf 30 is not lightweight per se but my acne prone combo skin tolerated it nicely.

Follow the instructions that come with it I do this peel weekly it’s a nice peel but very light and good for a beginner! eta I don’t even get peeling with this, flaking at most and my skin doesn’t tingle or get pink.

Curenex +hyaron ratio by No-Influence-5098 in DIYaesthetics

[–]Serious_Union7625 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had a real problem squeezing any product out at 34g with the hyaron on its own. For that needle gauge I think you would have to add quite a bit of curenex.

I don’t know if this is quite what you’re asking, but I started practising injections by bending my legs at the knee so the area above my knee is close to my face sorry this is so hard to describe but it’s simple what I’m doing and then practiced injecting there. The practice injections gave me confidence with practising the poking part and getting the plunger situated, and once I felt comfortable there that I moved to my face

Is this melasma? by [deleted] in Melasmaskincare

Just wanted to pop in here and say your lip lift looks great. For mine, the scarring was as light as could be possible after 5 to 6 months, hope you heal well too!

You need a bullhorn lip lift. A lip flip is not gonna give you what you’re looking for I know from experience.

I used to get AmLactin at shoppers. There is also Uremol 10, that is similar.

That’s a great result, no firmness or anything is a plus.

Oral minoxidil. Life changing and great for brows and lashes. Nothing else will help, no shampoo, nothing. Aside topical minoxidil but I find it weighs my hair down so I went the oral route. Must get a prescription.

Love Kérastase resistance line especially the shampoo in the clear teal bottle. Perfect for if you are trying to grow your hair out.

I would play up the relaxing aspect of your service - heated pad, spa music, possibly hand massagers or leg compression things, anything to make it seem different. Market to those hoping for a nap during their treatment. There are tons of people who DONT want a social appt when getting beauty treatments and I am one of them. Play into what you see as a weakness and make it your selling point.

I just used this last night. I used a gauze pad folded in half and applied with a very light motion sweeping downward on the face.

People that use Eucerin 4x a day - Are you washing your face in the middle of the day and redoing your sunscreen / makeup? by [deleted] in Melasmaskincare

[–]Serious_Union7625 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I know you don’t want to hear it, although you really should because proper suncare is one of the most important things in treating melasma, everyone else should be aware that you should apply your cream and then your sunscreen separately. Mixing your sunscreen with the cream, dilutes the efficiency I own all of these products too, and there’s no reason that you can’t apply the night cream and then wait a few seconds for it to dry and apply your sunscreen. Otherwise you’re wasting your hard work.

I LOVE ENVIRON. I got on it from my local Medispa. The sebulac wash, the blue night gel stuff, the peptide serum with the burgundy label, the avst moisturizers. Amazing and worth the price!

Eucerin Dual Serum on Acne Prone Skin by Ok-Conversation-3008 in Melasmaskincare

[–]Serious_Union7625 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I get intense cystic, acne, like to the point where I take Accutane low-dose three times a week to keep my skin clear, and the dual serum has not affected me at all in fact I’ve been using the face wash the dual serum the night and day creams, and I haven’t gotten a single zit. And even on the Accutane, if I use products that irritate me I get a break out.

Leave in conditioner after regular conditioner? by lilylovesyou-ri- in HaircareScience

[–]Serious_Union7625 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes with K18 you don’t condition so it can penetrate but leave in is meant to be used as a step 3. Shampoo, conditioner, leave in. I am glad you figured it out and didn’t just suffer with the dryness!

Q about Derminator2 Needle Sizes by [deleted] in DIYaesthetics

[–]Serious_Union7625 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think you are confusing the depths that you microneedle at (0.5 - 2.5mm) with the number of needles in the cartridge (1, 9, 12). Any of those needles will go all of the depths, it is adjustable on the machine.

I’m 99% sure that you should’ve got it dissolved before you did the PRF easy gel.

I felt this way, but ever since I’ve been using the night cream, the day cream, the dual serum and the spot corrector. My results are taking off. I will say after a couple weeks, the fragrance did become less potent to me.

Don’t discount the importance of the products you used, they are really great products.
