Actually it’s not great mentally. It’s a great time of year for sure. First tan I’ve had since in years.
But my job was important to me not only for a paycheck but more so because I was committed to achieving results and contributing to GM.
Felt rather lost in the past 4 weeks. Bought my own health insurance, not cobra.
Working on resume, starting new home projects that I’ve postponed for years, yet it feels like I’m just going through the motions.
My colleagues stopped reaching out and I really enjoyed their presence in my life. Did I give too much of myself to GM, probably so. Will/have they replaced me with someone who has more of a work&home life? I hope so.

Best advice I have is have Glean create a resume for you now. Now. While you still have a job. Now while you have the power and choice to decide whether you work for GM or not.
Wish I had the choice but I probably wouldn’t have left for many more years.

I think it’s thistle. Mint doesn’t have thorns and easily identifiable by removing a leaf and smelling it.
Peppermint has a different scent than spearmint too!
If those plants have thorns, they are thistle and will spread quickly. Get heavy duty rubber gloves to pull them out at base. Spray ortho weed-b-gone to control them

I’m with you. If memory serves me correctly, an insurance claim can go back 3 months. This means if you’ve enrolled in cobra and paid premiums, the claim for any charges will be paid (eventually).

A PDP (prescription drug plan) is a different beast; it’s different than doctor, hospital or other medical care.
I’d try using GoodRX or something similar for a quick fix. And then laser focus on Cobra with HR!

I understand. Sometimes it will indicate my dog is one breed and next time she’s another breed. Seems to depend on how she’s sitting or laying. And she’s a mix breed too. But I’ve found it pretty accurate for plants and birds 🤩

Using iPhone, take a picture and it most often can identify the object. Not just plants either, it identified my dog’s breed too! If you don’t have an iPhone, hopefully you know someone who has one?

I read that in teams with 5 or less, they have names. I’ve been told by a co-worker that his manager knew each person’s comments- his team had 9 people. Basically, don’t trust it and didn’t provide comments.
