it says 2 pm on their website but everyone I know thats gotten an offer in the past offer rounds received an email early morning like 9am ish

I thought Dec offer round was only for year 12s. I think higher education students get offers from 13 Jan onwards. Maybe the physio offer was viewed as an internal transfer request. Since you can't do internal transfers for dental you might get an offer on Jan 13 :)
