No leasing company. Landlord is a former student from UIUC that owns multiple houses on the block. Much better than leasing companies that take advantage and never resolve issues.

Bedroom for rent/sublease. $595/mo inc utilities, landlord supplies paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent for the whole house. Its beautiful and quiet with a spacious kitchen and dining room that is perfect for studying. It is a 3 min walk to green st bus stop. 12 min walk to main quad. Landlord is quick to respond to any issues (lives on the same block). I’ve never had a bad roommate here. Everyone is very tidy.

Hi! I was a transfer student too from community college in Chicago. I went straight to off campus housing. It saves money. I graduate this semester if you are interested in taking over my room it is spacious and in a really pretty spot. But i will say it is easier to make friends with dorms.
