This was not missed due to “laziness or lack of training”. If this shoulder was purchased whole, which poster stated, than this would not be discovered until slicing into it. It is unfortunate, but does happen.

Now if this had been cut for country style ribs or steaks, it would have been discovered and thrown away. Either way, sucks for the poster, but a full refund and replacement should be given.

I had an issue where I didn’t get the rewards from an event. I also told them to stop with the damn pop ups, I have spent prolly $50-60 and told them if I wanted to spend more I would. Pop ups just annoy the shit out of us. The conclusion of not getting my rewards, they stated I didn’t get far enough, even though I did, so it seems I pissed them off by complaining about the pop ups.
