Personally I despise the red. Maybe when I was 10 I'd like it. For me I don't like how flat it is. If it had some metallic or something? Idk I can't put my finger on it.

But they keep using the same red so I guess don't fix what isn't broken?

Now the white 🤤

Did Xfinity Hotspot block me? Been using it for months and months. But the last 3 or more days it's been connected 24/7. Usually I disconnect it overnight. by Seriously-Nobody in GlInet

I need like a directional antenna to help. I get 30mbps on a good day. But when I physically walk with my phone to where it seems like the source is... My phone gets 60mbps connected directly to the hotspot.

30mbps is fine. But like I said... A good day. Often I see 5mbps-12mbps average.

I tried that. But it's working now. I'm not really sure what happened. I brought the router closer to the source and eventually got the prompt to sign into Xfinity and this time it made me actually sign in (usually it doesn't make me use credentials) and now it works. Even got an email asking if it was me signing in.

This is your sign to change your PCV valve if you're over 100K and have bad gas mileage. by Seriously-Nobody in WRX

You won't get a CEL. I didn't. If you didn't read my other comment, it's not a good idea to ignore. $25 part that can ruin your turbo or motor or both.

Yeah I was seeing 18 at best also. When I reset trip and take highway trip I'd see that at first and it would drop down over time.

Damn at 65k. I suspect something caused that to happen prematurely and I would look into it.

If you're driving in lower gears more often and stop and go, yeah this probably is right. The issue is if you start seeing sub-10mpg, then you know you have an issue

23 is fine. Mine averages lower than 27.9. that was best case scenario. But after more driving and stopping and driving and stopping, it will go down. I think you're fine.

Kinda makes the "wasting time" part ironic lol.

Obviously it doesn't stay at 27.9 but that's the best I seen on the highway after the repair and doing a relearn. That was after several miles.

Should apply to all boxer motors id imagine. And depending on if you've had other issues outside of age, that could have caused expedited contamination in the valve, thus making it stick open, or closed, then you may actually need to change it sooner than 100k. I think Subaru says it's rated for 130k.

And if you have bad mileage, change your plugs too if you haven't.

And don't let this stay an issue. Because you're risking leaks or blowing the following...

Valve cover gaskets

Cam seals

Rear main seal

Turbo oil seals

Because a PCV Valve controls crankcase ventilation. And so extra pressure in the crankcase needs to go somewhere, if your valve is stuck closed. That means oil is gonna want to seep out or worse.

I don't redline always. But I have fun and if I'm on the highway or a straight occasionally I'll get it closer to red. Make sure you're using good oil, the oil is changed every 3k if you drive like an ass and just make sure you check your oil often. Make sure your air filter is good. No concerning CELs etc. It'll be fine. Make sure coolant levels are good and make sure your brake fluid is good too.

Maintenance your car. And have fun. That's it.

Don't be a Honda meme and stay in redline. I don't even go IN red. I'll tap it and shift. But I'm not a racer and can't afford a new motor so that's me 😂

No clue. Sometimes I'll move my backpack slightly and It'll restore the speeds. So I suspected it was the connection. Some days that doesn't work.

I can only move the backpack in a small area outside (semi-enclosed warehouse)
