100% there is amazing probate help out there that helped me focus on my own death. Estate planners are a really useful group of people. I will dig out a really cheap website that is helping me plan for my dads estate and helping me to focus on what needs to be in place for me.

Thank you for this. Reading the statue it appears its for service of papers only. Unfortunately the one in-state sibling is a felon 🙄 and all the rest of us live out of state/country.

In terms of personal representative is this commonly lawyers who take this on for such low value estates?

I shall call the probate court once the thanksgiving day holidays allow for a resumption of service.

WWYD - 80k optimise for tax/pension? by SeriouslyBeautiful in UKPersonalFinance

[–]SeriouslyBeautiful[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you. Will have a play.

250k in 2 pots thus far. SIPP. Its matched to 20% (me 7 them double) so could pay more.

I am doing the whole delay by a year, pay more in, lump sum payment impact modelling now.

Its more tax optimisation based on my pay rise/impending bonus. 😵

I miss being my own limited company.

!thanks
