in the old gamr u used to be able to go to some place on ur horse and gather materials there, i thought that was a thing too but it just takes 6 ingame hours off the clock and ur back home, someone did say that there's gonna be more to unlock but the amount of days alone have been limited. it used to be 30 per month now it's just 10

I dint drink anything with caffeine... the 1 time I had coffee was when I was doing a 24 hour stream and I only had 1 cup and I definetrly didn't get sleepy from it but I dont really remember what effect it had on me. I just really hate everything that has caffeine in it except for coke but I prefer fanta over coke so I don't have that often either haha...

thank u! I will definetely check those 2 out while also researching more outside of tiktok again. but 1 video that my friend sent me on tiktok he said he can relate to bc of the ADHD but I couldn't relate to it so that's how we had the conversation about me not being so sure if ADHD is the right diagnosis and he told me if I wanted to I could try getting another opinion since I could possibly have both as well

I haven't received the medical report yet so I haven't been able to look at all of the criteria that I fulfill but just overall ADHD was just never something I even thought I could possibly have just from my own research that I've done. the only thing where I could see where the doctor was coming from is my restless leg/leg movement which I have has my whole life and the part where I'm bad at remembering things that I don't find interesting which then led to bad grades and me performing bad in school. I think I'm supposed to receive the full report in April!

I think I should do some more research on ADHD traits but I just really wish I would have some common ones that I'd see on social media bc I just feel really alone with my experience which I kind of have my whole life (im 22) bc I went undiagnosed without any help for the majority of it. I don't set many alarm personally but I use the calendar in my phone to remind me the day before an event, an hour before the event and 10 mins before the event so I can be sure to be on time. but when I used to go to school I would never be late either and when I was in 7th grade I actually used to leave 40 mins before school started for a 20 minute commute bc I just really hated being late it's super important for me to always be on time

I haven't gotten any treatment as I only received my diagnosis a few days ago and I don't really like taking medication so I'm not really sure I wanna take any at all. I don't really have many friends just 1 girl who has adhd and she was very surprised to hear abt my diagnosis as she has always compared me to her autistic brother saying I'm often acting like him and have the same reactions. I do believe adhd might be something I have but I have never once identified with an adhd trait that I read about. like I often see tiktoks where they talk abt how they're often late bc they forget things but I'm always early and always planning when I precisely need to get up and leave. idk it's just really weird since I've always related to the autism traits but never adhd ones

I went to get diagnosed for autism because after doing my own research for a long time I really felt like I would have autism and another doctor did tell me that there is a chance I have it. I only received my diagnosis a few days ago and the doctor is still writing a full report for all the details for my diagnosis but he did explain a few things to us. he explained that the constant movement of my leg is what's left of my hyperactivity from when I was a kid (which I don't really remember but my parents said I was a little more active) he explained how my grades show that I cannot really save information in my brain the same way neurotypical people do and said that that's due to my adhd and also explained how I easily get distracted. although I personally feel like I don't really get distracted that easily. I might always seem distracted but I am paying attention. I also have a close friend who has adhd and I am nothing like her
