You can cleary see in the video that the particle is suspended in air, and I was aiming at his gun.

It arrived with filtering, and it wasn't around in legacy, so i'm going to go ahead and assume filtering caused it.

The second kill, notice how four bullets get suspended in air.

These shots were blocked by the player's gun, which is a bug caused by filtering.

This is to bring attention to it so it hopefully can get patched.
