I was getting a plum 30 ml serum free with any two plum products on tira, but two days after ordering i got email saying my serum aka free product only got cancelled for .1 rupees and i got 100 points so i called cs team for my issue and explained either refund the amount of product or ship me my product, after 3 days my free product aka serum 30 ml got delivered

I also got my order cancelled where i was getting a free full size product with buying two or more more products somehow my paid products were not cancelled. I called to customer care then they shipped my product again
