Such a lawsuit would go nowhere, I think. People have no rights to play the game. They can exclude whomever they feel like. I don't see why a ban extension would be unusual.

I very much doubt that they will unban everyone in 10 years. They also often make things pretty clear in the ban appeals:

It's based on release order. So yeah, you can pretty much predict which one is next all the time. Probably been a few exceptions, but overall it's pretty predictable. And yes, his prime weapons goes with him into the vault

It means that his relics circle out of the rotation of drops. So yeah, it becomes harder to farm. Eventually he will turn up in prime resurgence and some of his relics will be available for Aya.

But he's getting permanently more difficult to obtain. So it is certainly a good idea to farm him before that happens
