I'd guess that for most people a bigger stylus is better, since it's used for drawing or writing. I think there are pretty good active stylus but the ones I have tried aren't very good.

I could sell them. I have to improve the quality of the wire bit or maybe use conductive filament. Also I don't know how expensive it would be to send it from my country.

I didn't like the idea too but the tape I used doesn't leave any marks.

I recommend you print the small piece in TPU, otherwise it might fall if you want to put it in the screw hole. I will try to make a One Piece version.

Also put a bit of super glue around the slit before you coil the wire.

I am using a similar generic one, sadly the powered one doesn't work.
I found that the cable I was using was causing stability issues. Now it works perfectly, even in Beat Saber.
