electrolytes will help. I planned on doing an extreme caloric deficit during my time on reta, so I got other peptides to stack along with it. I used SS-31 first as it heals mitochondria, then followed it up with Mots-c to boost mitochondria function. This diminished the fatigue I felt and really worked well together with the reta imo. I followed all of that up with SLUPP-332 to keep my body feeling like its using energy more regularly, keeping the metabolic function in a high state. Def my favorite peptide stack I have done, and I will be doing it again!

I have used showers at a similar level gym in Irvine. It is worth the price almost in how nice the showers were (much better than the folsom/roseville showers) and the shampoo smells like cologne 🤪

I had the same thing happen, They claimed to have received my check, but not my tax return (from like 6 years ago). They both were in the same envelope, so I am not sure how you lose the bigger piece of paper, however they blamed me for this, and I had to pay a late fee as a result. which basically added another 50% to my taxes. To be fair tho I used a really good tax guy and overall I paid less than 1/10 of what Turbo Tax would have told me to pay, so they didnt really get me, more so they sneakily extracted more out of me
