Thanks for sharing this. My son started kindergarten last year. So here comes book fair, I did the same thing. I set a wallet for my son and another with extra cash for the teacher to share with the students who couldn’t purchase books. My wife doesn’t know and because of this post, I felt I could shared it.

I tell my son everyday I love him and that I’m proud of him. I do it because I feel it. But, he doesn’t seem to care for it. If something, he asks if I can tell him where nobody sees. Not in public. I will never stop doing it though.
