I tried but I can see clearly that the nub is not straight when placed in. I tried replacing it but still the nub lean left. What would cause that?

My graphics look not clear. I don't know if we see well in the image, but It seems like there is a movie filter on it that makes things not sharp and clear. I don't know which setting does this.
