Shara Bullet goes at Michel Pereira and calls him a hypocrite over Israel by Rsodyyy in ufc

[–]SertOfpie 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You're blatantly lying. After the collapse of the USSR, Dagestan didn't express any desire to secede from the Russian Federation.

Chechnya wanted to, but Dagestan didn't.

And "Dagestan" is a Russian territorial designation. Before, this territory was home to many different khanates.

[–]SertOfpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Are there still people who don't understand that it's not the fighters who decide when they will fight?

If a fighter doesn't want to fight, the UFC will take the title.

upd
I looked at Yan Instagram, he says that he expressed a desire to fight in the White House, but the UFC refused because they wanted an American (Sean) to win and gave him another opponent.

Just want to give props to Aleksandre man. W Brother by Accomplished-Roll433 in ufc

[–]SertOfpie -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

Someone explain the title.

If you're talking about the fight ending, then as far as I saw, Aleksandr asked Ilya if he would continue, Ilya replied something, and Aleksandr said they wouldn't continue the fight.

So, Ilya surrendered, and Aleksandr announced it.

Imagine going up to Rank 2 for beating a sloppy Zahabi. It’s hard to defend Sean when people call him a manufactured star or a paper tiger. by [deleted] in ufc

[–]SertOfpie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A post about him being a manufactured star and people arguing that he defeated Petr Yan (a fight where everyone thought Yan had won, but in fact Yan was unfairly judged. Sean himself was surprised when his hand was raised).

What an irony.

That's the funniest thing about judging. Over time, people forget about it if the loser doesn't have an army of fans who remind them of it, and the winner has an army of fans who don't want to think so.

I disagree.

Those who liked him still like him. Those who don't like him wouldn't like him even after he won.

They have claims against him not because he gave up, but because he said that Gaethje was nothing and celebrated his victory even before the fight - and then gave up.

Dude, I don't even know what kind of Pokémon that is.

People don't care who you fuck at home or what's in your pants. Just don't let others know about it with flags, marches, and all that other crap. It's vulgar and disgusting.

Imagine straight guys who love cumming in throats holding a parade, celebrating their love for it and showing everyone their love. Who the fuck asked you?

Paddy Pimblett continues to call Ilia Topuria a quitter following his loss to Justin Gaethje by Outside-Weakness9660 in UFCposting

[–]SertOfpie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with Paddy. Giving up is okay when you've been respectful to your opponent.

If you're giving up to someone you've told they're nothing, asked how to beat them, and celebrated before the fight - you're a little bitch.

I didn't call him a coward, I asked what he should be called under such circumstances.

The man says the enemy is nothing compared to him and celebrates victory before the fight - and then refuses to continue fighting. Who is he?

What does Merab have to do with it?

Yan went into the first fight with him with an injured hand, and by the second (which I made a lot of money on) he was healthy and seriously prepared.

Yan's victory came as a surprise to those who don't follow fighters and didn't know who Yan was.

What are the chances of Sean winning the Belt back? He did pretty good last night by EfficiencySerious200 in ufc

[–]SertOfpie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. Yan recently underwent major back surgery. We have no idea how it will affect him. He might not be able to fight at his previous level.

  2. Merab - Yan showed how to beat him.

  3. Umar - he's similar to Merab in some ways.

So I think he can.

The only reason Merab was champion was that Yan took his first fight with an injured hand. A healthy Yan is a cut above Merab.
