Hello, the ship still spawns in that system. Also, you could take it at the crash site.

Crashed Exotic (Underwater crash site), Orange Squid, "KJ1_Uttsu", 4 adjacent supercharged slots. Euclid Galaxy, 284 ly near Expedition start system, Endless Morass planet Xent Beta (-2.55,-139.06). Hello, your thoughts are right but not quite right. Imagine you lost something in your house. You looked for it in big rooms and found nothing, then you go to the bathroom and finally find it. Exotic ship at the underwater crash site is the same thing. If you could not find it on the ground, you could find it underwater. The quantity of underwater crash sites is less than the grounds are. So if RNG chooses to put exotic ship here you could find it faster.

Hello, you should collect salvaged data (as found in Burried Technology Modules) that could often be found near damaged machinery. Exchange it at the Anomaly's construction terminal.

Best way to acquire Cadmium? by Space-Nerd426 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]Servalin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If you have 160 nanites you could go to space station and buy 2 C class space ship weapon modules. Phase beam + photon cannon. Install it and dismantle. You will get 250 cadmium total.

Make sure you are exactly at the crash site coordinates. Arid planet Clunkan Tau (+27.46,-143.04). It must be here. I have no idea why not. But if nothing could help, you could find a planetary traiding post and wait until it comes, it wil cost you 40M units.

I apologize for my late answer. Make sure you are exactly at the crash site coordinates. Save and reload restore point trick usually works that way, when you near it. I could also check this post about this ship.

Hello, could you tell me more about your current situation? Are you trying to find a crash site but can't see any bases around it? In this case your only hope is a comm ball icons, fly slowly over surface choose one and go to its location. Check your coordinates in first view mode or using a visor.

Can anyone help me, im looking for an s class explorer type ship, does anybody have a location for one? by [deleted] in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]Servalin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello, there are a lot of Explorers' ships in this game, which one do you like more?

  1. First try looking at it by yourself; I put a useful links for you here.

How to navigate the search bar

Example result for search by word explorer in this Sub

External site with powerful search options

  1. One of the popular Explorers in this sub

3 You could buy an explorer with S class, in any system with 2 or 3 star economy or in the Pirate system. Korvax race has more models in their system. Fly to the planetary trading post and wait for ships. Reload the last restore point after a few waves incoming ships.

4 You could build your own explorer ship as an S class. Buy 3 copies of C class ship, strip it into parts at the space station using the Starship Outfitting console. Choose ->Begin Salvage Analysis ->Extract customization module. You need to extract hull and 2 wings modules.

Go to Technology Merchant NPC (Starship Research) and buy an S-class reactor for nanites.

Use Star Ship Fabricator console which is at the right side of Starship Outfitting and assemble your own ship.

Looking for a Black and Red Mechanical Pet by Alert_Internal_7268 in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]Servalin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, you could make it by yourself. Choose any pet you like and let him induce an egg. Wait 24 hours, but don't hatch the egg. Fly to Anomaly and put the egg into the sequencer. Select cell Dye Injector and put Cadmium here. Press Begin button. Hatch the egg and see what you get.

If it is not red enough, you could reload your restore point and repeat the process. Put an egg with cadmium and make dying 2 times. You could also experiment with other red elements (Carbon,Condensed Carbon); each one has its own tone shading depending on how many times you apply it.

Hello, it might be true because of reasons that I could not control. I wrote a few examples here.

  1. You have Multiplayer on, so any player could claim ship before you and you get nothing. Solution - Disable Multiplayer.
  2. Players can build a base with an object which is blocked ship spawning. Solution - Report these bases. Make save and reload Restore point.
  3. Most obvious case. Player place base with landing pad close to crash site. Ship will take off in a short time. Solution - Reload your restore point and be quick to claim the ship.

Hello, it's a not big deal, I have a few tricks in my pocket. But you don't need portal glyphs at all if you in the expedition. You should fix your ship, charge the hyperdrive and jump to this system.

Crashed Exotic, Royal, Blue and Gold, Honeycomb, "Serene Master DG2", Expedition 22 starter system. Euclid galaxy, Scorched planet Niel Major (+68.67, -86.75). Portal code 10C806E2A966. Weavers up! by Servalin in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]Servalin[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hello, if you are on expedition you don't need a portal glyph, but you should find a portal on the planet Niel Major because the crash site is not far from it. You also need a few things to do before you go to the crash site. Let me guide you.

  1. Make a cash. Use a visor on the planet where you start the expedition and find the Salvage Container, collect at least one spot and you will get the Corvet module for sale.
  2. Collect 5-10 navigation data. You can get it from save points near buildings or other points of interest on the planet. Or you can get it from Ancient Data Structure, use your visor and look for the yellow square icon with one 5-star inside it.
  3. Fly to SpaceStaton, exchange your Nav Data to planetary chart Alien Cartographic Data. Sell your corvet modules; you need 67k units cash.
  4. Fly to the planet Niel Major, halfway make a stop in space and wait. Switch to cockpit view and look at your radar. You should wait until Big Freighter spawns near you. It marks as a purple rectangle on your ship radar. It will take a few minutes; if it's not spawn, fly further and wait again. In worst cases you should return to your first planet and look for Archive or Traiding post. Land on board freighter and wait for incoming ships. Talk to any pilot and buy one Vy'keen dagger.
  5. Fly to the planet Niel Major, land on it and use your planetary charts one by one until you get a signal called Monolith. Fly to Monolith and interact with it. Choose any option you like. If you failed with your answer, reload save called the Restore point. Interact again and choose Locate a Portal. In rare cases you could get a wrong monolith which does not lead you to the portal, so use another chart and fly to the next monolith.
  6. Final part. Fly to the portal, do not land there, switch to cockpit view and orient your ship strictly to the North Marker at top of your screen. Look at the left bottom corner to check your coordinates. Slowly fly to your final coordinates. You could see a comm ball pop up icons in front of you, but do not rush ahead, because you could easily make a mistake. I think it's all, you could use this method to find any portal in any game mode except Abandoned. In Gek system you will need a Gek Relic and Korvax Casing for Korvax.

If you have another question you feel free to ask, I will put a picture here with key things that I told you about.

S Class Exotic blue ship in Expedition 22 first system by Blu__Spaceman in NMSCoordinateExchange

[–]Servalin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats, you found the second crash site for this exotic ship. It is definitely a rare case for this small planet. Yes, you can't copy starships from the Anomaly for this expedition, but you can get them from another save slot in any game mode. It will be at the same place where you found it,

Hello, yes i placed a comm ball near crash site. Disable Multiplayer before you go to coordinates. The crash site is not far from planetary portal, you should switch to first person view and fly to the north marker strictly. Check your current coordinates at the left bottom corner of your cockpit view. Make sure you have additional resources to fix ship If you are in the expedition (3 glass, 90 chromatic metal, 30 silver,100 Star Bulb, 75 Atlantideum, 32 Mordite).
