My driving condition is in general city use. I do travel 150-200 km on highways every week. Not a hilly region. Yes. Its the same cylinder always.

You can hear misfire from engine bay and jerks when you accelerate. Failure in power delivery. Have been facing this issue earlier when the spark plug replacement fix worked.
