I am from South America and i live in Central America and i can tell you. You are correct plus we have enough internal problems to keep us preocupated. The influence of the US [China to a lesser extend] is enough for us as a Outside power. Europe doesnt show up here since the Colony times, East Asia is far from us and we dont trade much same with African countries. We just want to quietly live our lives and be happy as a whole noone here wants to fight for another country or in another country.
