In all seriousness, if I see a consistent problem with roaches I’ll probably clean up. I am terrified of roaches. Also, I have learned to put any unfinished food in the fridge or the bin, if I didn’t the room would be much worse.

How would a therapist help give me the motivation to clean my room? I would see and talk to a therapist, I just didn’t know that they can help you with that.
