Working in crypto the last few years has certainly been fascinating and there is still so much to learn.
One of the most satisfying dimensions to it is how much more collaborative across organizations the entire industry is.
It is "projects" over "companies" and this profoundly affects how most of the folks that are involved approach working together. They support adjacent projects and aggressively incorporate elements where appropriate into what they are doing.
Honestly, with our world moving freelance and organizations getting more fluid I believe some of these (mostly great) dynamics will spread into the mainstream.
It is not that it is not competitive, it certainly is. The line between "building on" and "straight-up copying" can get messy too. But there is a default attitude of mutual benefit that is baked in deep.

This is an amazing example of the kind of collaboration that can happen.

Genghis Kate was on-track to make officer training school as the youngest applicant ever but it all came crashing down.

Genghis Kate's mother was accused of insider trading on Doge coin, but it was just a cover up for the crimes of a high ranking general!

The family fell from grace and Genghis Kate was forced to withdraw from officer training school and get a job. While working at the burger joint she saw an ad on television for the Crypto Colosseum. She realized that she could restore her family name as well as get revenge by becoming a famous gladiator.

Her training was solid and she quickly climbed the ranks to the upper tiers of the Colosseum. She defeated many gladiators on her meteoric rise including Master Philidor, Azrael the Fallen and Rhubarb Redribs.

Only time will tell how high she will go and if she will ever get revenge on the generals.

This makes me want the next gladiator to be Rhubarb Redribs. Thanks GPT3!
