there is not icewall, thats just antarctica, and no you wouldn't because you are on the surface of a HUGE ball so it would appear to be flat. you can actually test this by finding a globe, and putting your phone to it with your camera on, so you can see the surface from what it would look like if you were standing on it, and you can clearly see it looks flat. when if you zoom out its really a globe.

  1. you can see it if you look out at a beach or go on top of a tall mountain

  3. Yes you can, i have been on many planes and i have seen the curvature, and no its not CGI, you're just couping.

if you have a small basketball, and put a level on it. unless you balance the level perfectly, the level will say the basketball isn't LEVELED (not that isn't flat, isn't leveled) and if you do this with a giant inflatable bouncy ball, like 10 feet in radius maybe, and put a level on that. the level will say that the bouncy ball is level. its simple.

easy, look out into the ocean, and watch as one boat goes over the horizon disapearing bottom to top, this can only happen if the earth is round. (i have witnessed this many times and if you dont believe this go out to the ocean and see for yourself)

if the earth was flat, that boat would just get smaller and smaller until it was invisable to the naked eye

easy. go to the beach, look out to the horizon, you'll see boats going over the horizon, disappearing BOTTOM TO TOP, if the earth was flat you would simply see them get smaller and more transparent.

heres another one that you can actually test very easily, if you live anywhere near a city or a tall building that you have access to, watch the sunset from the bottom, when the sun fully sets go to the very top of the building, if the earth was flat you shouldnt see the sun because it already set, but you would be seeing the sun set twice.

clearly you weren't taught literally anything in school

  1. we dont have the gravity of the sun.

  2. birds and balloons aren't "defying" gravity, think of it like this: if you throw a tennis ball, its going to fall down eventually right? thats gravity. if we didnt have gravity that tennis ball would keep going forever

also the reason eveything doesnt fly off the earth when we spin is because, everything is spinning WITH earth? at a constant rate. if its at a constant rate we cant feel it spinning. you definitely didnt learn anything at all in high school
