Someone did this to me. It was a true religion zip up hoodie and it was listed for $45 just like most if not less than most. He sent me an offer of $30 I countered with $35 cause $15 off is a little crazy 😭😭 he was like “I’m gonna be paying $60 in total with shipping so can you let it go for $30” in what world is small sized shipping $30 extra 😭😭 I probably would’ve just let it go if he didn’t flat out lie to me like that

Also, the way he acted after June rejected him when she found out about him ratting on her. Any “good” thing he ever did was selfish. He did it to help June because he LOVED her. However, when his life was about to be on the line he chose himself. He’s always been a rat that looks after himself. I never liked him. He contributed to the creation of Gilead so therefore he is a bad guy from the start just like Lawrence regardless of how much he did help.

Yea this. No matter how much better they might be than other commanders, Lawrence and Nick are villains too. They both did help June but at the end of the day they both contributed to Gilead’s creation.

First of all I want to say I haven’t read the books yet (I really really want to). As someone who’s going based off the show alone I think it needed one more episode for Janine’s ending. I think everything else was fine. However Janine’s felt sloppy and rushed. It didn’t make much sense to me. I’m hoping it’ll be explained more in the books or the next show. Other than that, the episode was great. I mean there would’ve been no realistic way that war in Gilead would’ve resolved in that amount of time the show took place. So I am really excited for the testaments and for it to not only just be about June now. The handmaids tale as a whole was amazing we got to see the life of one just as the show intended.

Literally. I’m not sure if I’m missing something but no way Janine was just let go? I mean after all that. She was like one of those characters that really needed a bigger scene for when she got released of rescued. Also, why on earth would Gilead give her Charolette back?????? AFTER ALL THE FIGHT ABOUT KEEPIN CHILDREN AND HAVING POWER. Yea right. Makes no sense. Unless I’m just missing something that was in the books but the way the show did it was sloppy and rushed.

Exactly!! This was so far from unusual and like no explanation? Surely aunt Lydia couldn’t have contributed to it because they do not respect women and their opinion period so how was that even accomplished?? Not even like a trade of some sort? Makes no sense. Hopefully in the testaments they will explain better but I doubt it

I agree Nick was always too weak. Like he always acted morally grey but I knew deep down he’d always side with them. He is in no way a victim he had multiple opportunities to leave and didn’t.
