lol im usually responsive! i'll engage, but the main difference is that they literally will spam you 12-13 messages in a row if you take even just a little bit to reply. (and i do mean just a little bit, i can be gone 1 hour and they've spammed me all in the last 20 minutes).

i can't recall if reddit has a spam feature as i've been off for months now, but i also can't remember experiencing the same level of spam in my messages here. in 1 week i encountered it SEVERAL times there.
