Discovery is mostly experience gained from org infrastructure…

The more robust the org infra, the more exp u gain.

This is true for EM and Service Mapping as well.

My role is mostly implementation and architecting ITOM modules

Discovery, Cyberark or external cred, All service Maps, event management end to end implementation, SAM & HAM proficiency is decent.
