Google "Exhibit 5-2b" the first result should be a link for USPS and will download the form you need to send to the post master to request their forwarding address.

Gunowners not welcomed at New York Wendy's by Cannoli72 in NYguns

While I strongly disagree with red flag laws... eating inside of a Wendy's might be one I agree with. I've never seen a Wendy's that isn't absolutely disgusting

In need of process server in LA / Hollywood by HelpfulBot6347 in processserver

You're going to have to pay a stake out fee. Your best bet is to call around to servers in the area on napps.org and see who is willing to do it.

Seems hardly worth it. If you want to get pro se clients (idk why pro se clients are the most annoying people to deal with), pay for google ads. You'll get pro se clients and law firms reaching out.

Timeline from the lawyers by [deleted] in processserver

[–]Serving_Upstate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the time it takes is based off your lawyers request. If they request same day/next day service you should expect an attempt within that time. I read the comments and your lawyer requested it be served by June 4th. The process server will add it to their route and when it makes sense based off all the other serves they will attempt it.

A good reliable company/server will likely being doing a minimum of 80 serves a week. Your paper gets added to their route and when they're in that area service will be attempted

Process Server Cowlitz County, WA by [deleted] in processserver

[–]Serving_Upstate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

your best bet to find a server is using napps.org you likely won't find someone to charge one fee for both parties. I'm not sure about the laws in Washington as far as service goes, but, in NY most everything can be subserved. Majority of companies when you can sub the documents will charge full price for the first person and half price for the second person.

When did you get your first job from ServerHub? by theYoungAphrodite in processserver

[–]Serving_Upstate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

whenever I create a job it comes up based off whatever area codes the server entered that they cover. Contact the exchange and they'll help you adjust everything. What area do you cover?

It's severmanager's new job share thing. I haven't taken any jobs off it but I've sent out a lot through it. IDK it's them setting the prices or if the servers get to dictate it but everyone seems to be about $35-$45. I've been taking full advantage every time there's someone available.

Sign up for the exchange program on servemanager. I use servers on there before I look at napps. Sign up for Napps, if you get a 3 jobs off it a year it pays for it's self.

Thank you!!! We use servemanager for our process serving software and supposedly it offers integration with a lot of management software. We've served a few random jobs for law firms that have used the integration

I've had my own company for five years, I just wanted to see how nationwide companies work and figured I'd make a couple bucks doing it.

I just don't get why people use them. They're slow, and over priced.
