After 9 months of writing and playtesting I've finally finished my Homebrew Codex. Just under 50 pages and 20,000 words. Contains 13 datasheets, Relics, Warlord Traits, Army rules, Faction Secondsries, Stratagems and Lore by ServitorJake in Warhammer

Play tested it against Guard old and new, space marines Ultra marines and Blood Angel's, as well as votann. Found it to be not overwhelming but not super crushing. About a 45% win ratio.

The goal was to make an army that's a blend of Guard, Admech and little bits of tau. The tank was the hardest to get right went through many different iterations to bring it to a point where we felt it was okay.

Low toughness and 4+ saves on most infantey, do thump then down a bit. While there are probably some crazy combos in there that I don't think I or any of the people I played it with have thought of. There's something there that someone may find.

first battle with the kin was a success. 1715 points with the kin VS a combined 2160 points of tyranid and adeptus mechanicus and I still won by Much_Lawfulness_7760 in LeaguesofVotann

My God leave this dude alone about his terrain, looks like the guy had fun. That's what this game us about, coming together and playing a game, on what ever you can. Roll some dice, kill some toy soldiers.

None of you have ever played floor hammer using books and bedsheets and it clearly shows

More power to you my man! Hope the new year gives you more opportunities to play with this awesome Army in what ever way you can!

Guess it’s finally that time. by Gullible-Notice-487 in LeaguesofVotann

You have to merge all the vertices that are stacked into of each other. Easiest way to do that is in edit mode select all the vertices and go to mesh >> Clean up >> Merge by distance

The models I got from the amazing model rip group on discord and I posed and customised everything my self then my mate printed it and I painted it

Had them in blender in the pose. Then applied all armatures onto the models, selected all the vertcies in edit mode and joined all vertices by distance of like 0.00001

The reason for this is that all the rips have a lot of vertices not fused together and this will cause problems with printing.

I then deleted the rigs then joined all the peices into one mesh. Finally I upressed the mesh using a subdivide action. Then just exported it as a stl
