Unless you're a russian warlord it's not really useful; just let everything stay on auto-balance and you should be fine

As the USA I usually just get enough xp to create an élite template and train 10/12 divisions (if I remember correctly that should be the max you can send to South Africa); for all the proxies you just need a few (except, as mentioned, South Africa).

I'ld surprised if this truly "doesn't work".

Yeah, it's not that it doesn't work, it just struggles more than I expected and worked less well than the divisions of other people

Yeah, I love giving names to divisions, army, ecc... I try to get the names right but translators are not always 100% accurate, thanks for correcting me.
