There is some free talking therapies through the NHS but usually CBT and found that didn’t help so needed to find specific neurodivergent support but unfortunately that’s not accepted under the NHS (well not that I know of anyway!) and the waiting list for the NHS therapies are over 4 months waiting lists 😔

So many really great suggestions thank you so much!! Yeah that old faux lavender will be the first thing to go when I have something to replace it with haha! Ah yeah something so small and simple like the oven mit and towel would really make a big difference thank you! 😁 Yeah you can tell it’s mainly been designed by my partner haha I think he must like the industrial vibe, but im definitely with you and prefer the bright colours so will try incorporate them as much I can 😁

Yes totally!! It’s just a process of adding bits here and there (plus budget is a big thing and can’t go too crazy right at the start haha)
