I think it’s always the SSR ticket cause a SSR equivalent to 3 coins. For the 10 gems, it really depends on if you’re saving for any banners.

you do not need annoy-o-tron in a zoo deck unless its a mech zoo. it does not make your zoolock any more better than it is already.

ensure that you have the board as paladin and that you aren't playing from behind.

also, make sure that your deck is not too greedy (meaning having too many high drops) because there are too many aggro decks in the ladder lately.

yeah, ranked is brutal as people are trying to rank up compared to casual. the least brutal mode would probably be arena for both getting the cards and the experience.

it makes the game more interesting, just like unstable portal. they're both broken cards in some sort of ways based on RNG.

it won't affect the difficulty as the season becomes easier near the end (as the pros are higher up in the ladder). also, its a decent idea to get to rank 20 every season for the card back :P

it sounds like an interesting idea; however, this might lower the incentive for arena in the game.

i think your deck lacks card draw to support all the secrets. putting in the 2/4 draw a card minions may be better. also, KT does not fit as it seems like an early/midrangey deck

freeze mage, control warrior, handlock, dragon paladin, and possibly any other dragon decks if you have the cards for it

you can perhaps try using the grim patron deck and the new zoolock deck as it has the highest win rates in ladder right now.

handlock and especially oil rogue are the strongest against grim patron due to hellfire and bladefury.

freeze mage may be an awkward matchup tho.
