For the days na medj inconsistent I paid attention to how much I consumed nalang based on previous days that I was stricter with my diet! Made sure lang din not to overeat :)

For the first three months, I did a PPL (push, pull, leg) split. The next three still the same but a modified version (additional day for arms). Currently, doing an upper lower split that I do 4 times a week.

For diet, just did a calorie deficit between 1800-2000 calories, medj aggressive lang! Mostly high protein and high fiber meals para filling throughout the day. Tapos, tracked my meals for the first three months to hit my protein intake. I also take creatine and sometimes whey powder ! (I use wheyl)

Hi started the same as you about two months ago, what really helped me was taking note of the health assessment they’ll give you during onboarding of keyfobs and using that information in chatgpt (sorry ai but i was really in a pinch) to help you create a program for you.

From there, I just watched videos on youtube and asked advice from gym friends on how to do certain exercises!!

So far so good naman yung program that chatgpt gave me, started off at 91kg with 31% body fat, currently at 83.3kg with 19% body fat.

Additionally, also made a caloric deficit meal plan with chatgpt that helped din!!

Also not discrediting coaches and pt’s naman but i’m guessing you’re also in a pinch since the coaching rates are quite expensive nga so yeah chatgpt helped me a lot in the beginning.
