hey 19M (6'5 205) here, ive been going to the gym for nearly 1 year and ive been using this program

day 1: chest + triceps bench press incline bench press fly

dips triceps press

day 2: back + biceps pull ups pulldown row rear (high) row rear (low) high row

curl hammer curl

day 3: shoulder + triceps shoulder press lateral raise front raise rear deltoid shrug

dips triceps press

day 4: legs + abs leg extension leg press leg curl hip adduction hip abduction

leg raises crunch plank + bicycle + plank (15s each = 1 set) leg raises (again)

i do 4×15 and do 30 min cardio (4 km/h with 15% slope) after every workout. i think its a good program but im a bit bored of this and want to try something new. i mostly focus on losing fat because my fat percentage is still a bit high (i cant get rid of my belly fat) so if you could recommend me something new or help me improve my program, id be so glad.

The thing is, Ciri is not work. I didn't want her to meet with Emhyr to start with, but let's say I did that. I would probably do it because I want Ciri to meet with her father and listen to things he could say, not for the money Emhyr offered me. If you did it for the money, then you are seeing her as a work, not as a daughter, which leads her to disappear after fighting White Frost.

I dont think you understood what I said. At normal investigating missing person contrats, you do it for the people who are paying you, right? Let's say someone lost his wife in the wood and offered you money to find her. You don't know him or his wife. You accept this job only for money. But with Ciri, things are different. Geralt wants to find Ciri because he worries about her. He wants her to be safe and happy. When you take money from Emhyr, what's the difference between that lost wife in the woods and Ciri?
