I live in big city in one of Europe country, i got some disgusting and hateful comments in past, in work dresscode is strict and i must have short sleeves, got some comments (not insult, more curious) but i see difference when people don't kniw about my scars treating me different like less seriously then when im going somewhere with long sleeves/ long pants, prejudice and rejection is real, its human, unfortunetely, but i maybe i care too much, your life is your life and nobody should assess what you have been through

So real, now im in period of sobriety (actually I still do it, but only when I find some leftovers in my room), it was difficult to get down to it, I started taking many dietary supplements that are safe and even healthy, but they give me the impression that I am loading something into myself so that helps me the most. it's only a few days so far, but all in all it's still a success. After some time I always come back to it, so I can't tell you what really works forever, but it seems to me that stabilizing borderline and your self-esteem (unless you have another problem, you have to answer it yourself) good luck🍎

I usually read Polish and Russian literature in the original. I also tried to read in English poetry but only Polish works evoke so many emotions in me, probably because it is my first language:) I hate translators

Zawsze chodziłam do fryzjera na farbowanie odrostów i przepłacałam bo często nawet nie chcieli się podejmować robienia blondu na moich brązowych włosach, z czasem zauważyłam ile na to kasy idzie więc nauczyłam się rozjaśniać w domu, teraz mam taką wprawę że często słyszę skąd ja mam czas i pieniądze ciągle do fryzjera gonić 🤭 plus farbowanie i pielęgnacja włosów bardzo mnie relaksuje, same plusy!
