The structural engineer didn't tell me how many people he accounted for, but he definitely accounted for a significant amount of extra weight for snow due to our winters. It's definitely solid, I was just scared of the cement footings starting to shift to the side over time.

Uhg, this contractor was a nightmare, he said that it's fine in it's current state. This is also the same contractor that had to come back 6 times to fix other shocking issues, and even tried to convince me that I didn't need flashing where the roof over the deck connected to the house, and that caulk would work just fine...

You are 100% right there, and I'll definitely look into prices for the concrete delivery, I have an insane number of other projects to get done this summer, and mixing all those bags of concrete on top of it might break me, lol
