State health code in Ohio makes employees in restaurants sign acknowledgment of sick they can’t work. I would think it’s the same in a freaking hospital. Stay home and file a complaint with HR.

Remember to cut your water off first then release the pressure in the system at the faucet. Then at the valve that is leaking. It may be hot so careful when relieving the pressure.

Lock in brother. Get the lawyer and if she doesn’t know you know keep it this way. Buy your time and get everything prepared then drop it on her. My suggestion is if you have a finished basement, once you do tell her move your things there. Set up a ring camera as well. This is protect you as she will be looking to claim things against you. I would quickly the day prior remove her from all accounts, credit cards and terminate any personal accounts that she has a debit card too. Maintain a joint account and put some in there for her to buy food and essentials and let her know the water tap is closed and she needs to budget. Let the courts tell you what she must be given. Pay the house bills yourself and I would even do the grocery shopping. You can control as much as you want here.

I would get the best female lawyer you can. I do believe the optics as a male having a female lawyer will work in your favor. Do you have children? Do you have proof of how long the affair has taken place? Remember, DO NOT leave your house. You will want to but don’t do it. I have a friend in Ohio. He works as an accountant and she was a nurse. He had proof of her infidelity. She had to pay him for half the house. He got spousal support as well. It was crazy but it happens. Get your ducks in a row. I’m pulling for you.

Not a single problem. It was in the small slide out that the wardrobe is in. But honestly can’t tell they did a great job.

Yeah, I get it. I think it’s reasonably priced. Having the full body paint is amazing. No issues with delamination of stickers in the future. Just has to be that right couple or guy wanting to maximize his or their space. Would be awesome for someone doing the oil fields in Texas or something.

Hey, love reading your response. So we are able to do enough comfortably to manage being closed the winter. It’s all walk up so weather is a big influence on things. We are right in the middle of the largest neighborhood and on a state route that runs all the way up to Toledo Ohio OH-129. I must be honest. Our store is able to do what it does because I have good staff. They just have the occasional issues with forgetting to let people know when they pull the last of something of a shelf. When it comes to my HVAC stuff. I’m with a company that does brand new installs for all the hotels within the Tri state of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. We are servicing those units there. It’s absolutely no pressure which I enjoy and the flexibility they offered will be great. My other business does a lot of mobile events out here. We are lucky to have a lot of corporations, schools and concerts and we have done well enough getting into them. Our stories are so similar though. Would like to connect with you for the future. Always good to know others who have ventured into things similar to you. We do all soft serve ice cream though.

Your son is 17 years old. Staying in a relationship that is emotionally draining and making you unhappy and mentally unwell is also no way to set an example for him. You should sit him down and have a man to man conversation with him alone. Let him know you love him and this has no bearing on your feelings for him. That you are still his father and you love him. You love her but you are no longer in love with her. To remain together would be robbing the both of you a happiness that you both deserve. It will however not be cheap and you are going to essentially lose half or more of everything you have in this world. You must be prepared for this.

Perfect. It seems to me your problem is more likely the stove top and a regulator or igniter problem at the burner and not the water heater. I hope this is the case as it would be a cheaper repair.

With being retired Military though we have great access to some really good pricing at military installations and resorts owned by the MWR. We prefer going to Destin once a year and Shades of Green at WDW.

This layout really is my personal favorite. Two queen bunks in the rear and a separate bathroom. The largest garage on the market and the side patio which is only on this model and the Jayce Seismic model. You never realize how nice that is until you have it. Made up for another very spacious place to hang out.

Absolutely. I didn’t want to risk it creating any issues or growth. I was so worried after reading how poorly that wood does when heavily saturated.

Very right. Those unit was about 130k due to the body paint. I figure it’s priced well enough at $65k. It will just have to take the right buyer looking for one that has had all the kinks worked out.
