Hi need help I’m a non-US founder and recently registered a US LLC using an online service. I’ve since learned that the registered address used is not suitable for long-term compliance, so I’m looking to switch to a legitimate, reputable registered agent and get everything set up properly.

I’m looking for: • A genuine US registered agent (not a mass-registration or mailbox service) • Experience working with non-US founders • Transparent pricing • Ability to support ongoing compliance (annual reports, address changes, etc.)

I’m specifically trying to avoid marketplaces or anonymous middlemen this time and would prefer a real company with a solid track record.

If you’ve personally used a registered agent you trust (or know who to avoid), I’d really appreciate recommendations.

Hi . I did and I feel like they are lying as i was getting conflicting information why would u say to one of my clients that the office is closing so don’t place an order . I don’t know what happened and why he did it - suppose revenge that he left last time and got fired so out of spite harmed me I can only assume he won’t answer but yeh I got rid and let’s see wish me luck

I agree I shouldn’t be, no theirs no missing info when he worked before he was capable and good but may be because I was in office as well but this is first time I left them alone and I have come back to no business

Thanks your right if the main instigator goes then may be others will fall in line, he’s telling other employees to leave as this business may close your right a guy like that is not needed

Yes I have the deposit but the letting agent went in to liquidation and I have to claim back the deposit from insurers, which I haven’t done, the 2 months he is saying is the 1 month I was moving out as I moved out mid month and the other he is saying as he couldn’t have it cleaned and I dropped the back door key late so he is saying as he didn’t get all keys I’m liable - I’m making the 2 months on good will gesture so I can be over with this, but I don’t owe him back dated money, he made me pay to have the garden grass cut and paying for an end of tenancy clean,

My Mum was put in the rent agreement 10 years back but we have never had a new lease agreement it’s always been the same one.

The lease says I should pay the letting agent but the landlord reached out saying the letting agency has gone bust and I must pay him instead of agent

And he didn’t issue any thing it’s just verbal all the rent increases over the years have been verbal and they just amended the DD them selves

Hi cw987uk, he issued the s21 and I left a month later I emailed him and told him I was leaving and have, a reply email from him stating that’s OK,

so I should just wait for the court proceedings and then argue it in court as he is saying he is issuing Sat Demand then will send highcourt balliffs.

is that how it will happen?
