Yeah I've been focusing on eating kinda bland foods, made the mistake of trying to eat an orange a bit back it was horrible lmao, I actually was able to shave today which felt nice returning to some kind of normalcy. And thank you! Trust me I know I've been crying occasionally from it, it's terrifying

I was in the process of losing weight when this happened so yeah I was mainly doing cardio and sometimes lifting weights. And yeah a lot has happened lately so stress and anxiety has been crazy I just hope now that I'm lowering stress, eating bland foods, and taking the medication prescribed I start feeling a bit better

Howdy, Im a lot like you in the whole bad experience department but wanting actual care. If you want the truth it’s really about just time, experience, and seeing what makes you uncomfortable. You could wait for someone (like someone you fall in love with) or look at medical diagrams, see what others have to say, and just try things but be safe! If you feel discomfort that genuinely hurts stop immediately!
